Common questions about ordering

How do I place an order?

Select products on the homepage, choose colors and sizes, add to cart, fill billing details, select shipping, and pay via UPI/Card.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

10 pieces total across any mix of products. Round neck/tees must be ordered in multiples of 10 per size. Polo/winter wear in multiples of 5 per size.

Dispatch time and shipping method?

In-stock orders dispatch within minutes. Delivery times vary by shipping method and destination.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking via Razorpay. COD available for eligible orders. Credit line for approved B2B accounts.

What products do you manufacture?

Plain blank t-shirts, hoodies, polos, sweatshirts, and shorts in 180-430 GSM. All optimized for DTG, DTF, screen printing, and embroidery.

What GSM range do you offer?

180, 200, 210, 220, 240, 320, and 430 GSM across our product range.

Do you offer dropshipping?

Yes. Zero-contact blind dropshipping — we ship directly to your end customer without Braatma branding.

Can I visit the warehouse?

Yes. Visit our Delhi warehouse Mon-Sat 10AM-6PM, Sun 11AM-4PM. Please keep visits to 5-10 minutes.
